The Courageous Conversations Charter supports organisations to provide a safe and inclusive environment and a respectful culture, and this policy document will help sporting club members, volunteers and other stakeholders understand that they share the responsibility for tackling sexist language, discrimination and harassment at the club and are expected to act and know that they have club support for taking bystander action.
