The set of 12 Gendered Data Insights is designed to support local governments across the North East Victoria and Goulburn Valley region during the Municipal Health and Wellbeing planning cycle.

This tool applies a gendered lens that is tailored to the local context, to support local governments to foster positive health outcomes and improve public health across Victoria.

We have included sex-disaggregated data alongside practical examples to inspire future health and wellbeing initiatives. 

This tool acts as a companion to the Regional Health Planning Resource 2025, which analyses state and national data through an intersectional and gendered lens, aligned with the Victorian Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2023-2027.
